This professional development focuses on the professional learning communities in schools.  Individual needs of districts, schools and teachers determine the focus of professional development.  It's most effective when it involves teachers across 2-3 consecutive grade levels, or at single grade levels, with ongoing  follow-up on the implementation of the teaching strategies.
